Some of my most practical professional growth came from work that was highly operational and people-facing.

As a Store Manager, I improved sales, refined SOPs, supervised staff, and helped create a more trusting team environment. The role required consistent execution, fast judgement, customer awareness, and the ability to keep a team moving well under pressure.

As an Academic Tutor at ANU, I designed and delivered content that supported critical thinking and problem solving, while also helping students feel more connected and supported in the learning environment.

Earlier admin support work gave me experience in requirement analysis, competitor review, responsibility clarification, and structured coordination.
